Refund Policy

At Aura Research we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Our Commitment
Every product we sell is independently tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and identity. If you receive a product that does not meet the standard described on our website we will make it right.
2. Returns — Unopened Products
You may return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at hello@auraresearch.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return address and instructions
- Return postage is at your expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
3. Returns — Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is in accordance with the exemption for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@auraresearch.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return postage where applicable.
5. Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us at hello@auraresearch.co.uk We will investigate with our shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior authorisation
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Digital products or Academy content
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are unsure of your rights please contact Citizens Advice or visit gov.uk.
